Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to DPOS
- Open the DPOS application.
- Use your admin credentials to log in.
Go to Order Search
- From the main menu, select Orders.
Select transaction type
- Choose which transaction type.
Input the customer's Phone Number
Enter the customer’s phone number in the search field to pull up their account.
Note: This will display their order history, loyalty points balance, and any saved customer details.
Confirm the Redemption Request
- Before finalizing the order, ask the customer if they want to redeem their points.
Add the Redemption Item
- Select the loyalty item the customer wants to redeem (e.g., Family Margherita Pizza).
Save and Finalize the Order
- Process the payment as usual.
- The customer’s remaining points will update automatically.
Notes:
- Staff can only offer redemptions if the customer has enough points. (The system will alert staff when the customer has insufficient points for redemption
