How to Add a New Delivery Zone in Deliverit Studio

🟩 Log in to Deliverit Studio at https://my.deliverit.com.au
🟩 Enter your DPOS Cloud username and password
🟩 Go to the Settings section from the left-hand menu
🟩 Click on Delivery, then Delivery Zones
🟩 Click Add Zone
🟩 Select a Zone name from the dropdown
🟩 Use the PLU Search to link a Delivery Fee PLU
🟩 Set the Minimum Order Amount
🟩 Enter the Default Wait Time (displayed to customers)
🟩 Click Save to apply the new delivery zone

🟩 Click deploy to reflect changes in DPOS and Online Ordering.

💡 Note: The PLU determines the delivery fee charged per zone.

Note: Your DPOS version should be 02.20.72 or higher to receive the updates from Deliverit Studio.

Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to Deliverit Studio

Go to https://my.deliverit.com.au

Enter your DPOS Cloud username and password

Open Delivery Zones

From the left-hand menu, click Settings

Click on the Delivery section

Then select the Delivery Zones.

Add a New Delivery Zone

Click the Add Zone button

From the dropdown menu, select the Zone you wish to create.

Use the Search field to select the product code associated with the delivery fee for this zone.

Set a Minimum Order Amount that customers must meet to qualify for delivery to this zone (optional).

Set a Default Wait Time for deliveries to this zone. (Optional)

Note:

Delivery zone wait times are added to the store's base wait time. For example, if the store wait time is 20 minutes and Zone 1 has an additional 30-minute delay, the total delivery wait time will be 50 minutes

Delivery Free Product code.

Minimum Order Delivery. (Optional)

Once all fields are completed, click Save to apply the new zone.

To apply an additional fee based on the delivery zone, simply enable the Delivery Zone Surcharge toggle. (Base Delivery Fee + Zone Surcharge)

Refresh to Apply Changes

After saving, refresh your DPOS system and website for the updated delivery zone settings to take effect.
