To ensure optimal performance and compatibility with the Deliverit system, your workstation must meet the following minimum hardware requirements.
Form Factor Options
- Workstations can be all-in-one units or desktop towers connected to a regular or touch monitor.
- Minimum monitor size: 15"
- If you're setting up a make screen or kitchen display, the same specifications apply.
- Tablet Option for Order Taking:
If your staff take restaurant orders on the go, you may use a Windows 10 or 11 tablet with the following minimum specs:
- Screen size: 10.1" or larger
- Processor: Intel Quad Core CPU
- Memory: 8GB RAM
Required Specifications
- Processor: Intel Dual Core CPU (i3) or Higher
- Memory: Minimum 8GB RAM (Higher is better)
- Network: Ethernet port for LAN connection or Wi-Fi capability
- Storage: 200GB Solid State Drive (SSD)
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro
Tip: Using a Solid State Drive significantly improves speed and system responsiveness during daily operations.
Important:
- Windows XP, Vista, and 7 are no longer supported.
- Ensure your new system is running a supported version of Windows to maintain compatibility and security.
Peripheral Compatibility
If your current setup includes USB devices or other peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners), please ensure the new workstation has the necessary ports to support them.
What We Offer
We provide systems that meet or exceed these specifications. However, you're welcome to source a workstation from another provider, as long as it meets the minimum requirements listed above.
