1. Move to an Open Area:- Try moving to an area with a better signal and wait for a while until the signal is restored.
- If the terminal still fails to connect (no cloud symbol on top notification bar), try rebooting the device:
- Turn Off the Terminal: Press and hold the Cancel key until the display turns off (after 5 - 20 seconds).
- Turn On the Terminal: Press and hold the Confirm key until the display turns on.
- Ensure the battery charge level is high enough for the terminal to turn on.
