V400M (4G) Connectivity Troubleshooting

The following suggestions will assist overcoming connectivity (low reception) issues when using 4G Mode.

1. Move to an Open Area:
    • Try moving to an area with a better signal and wait for a while until the signal is restored.
2. Reboot the Device:
    • If the terminal still fails to connect (no cloud symbol on top notification bar), try rebooting the device:
      • Turn Off the Terminal: Press and hold the Cancel key until the display turns off (after 5 - 20 seconds).
      • Turn On the Terminal: Press and hold the Confirm key until the display turns on.
3. Check Battery Status (Charge level):
    • Ensure the battery charge level is high enough for the terminal to turn on.
