Adding a QR Code to Your DPOS Docket
This guide helps you add a QR code to your DPOS docket, allowing customers to scan and access your website easily.
Generate the QR Code
Copy Your Website Link:-
- Open your website and copy the URL link.

- Visit QR Code Monkey.
- Paste your website URL into the designated section.
- Set the quality to the lowest setting.
- Click "Create QR Code" and select "Download PNG".
- Save the QR code file to your desktop.
Log in to DPOS:

- Open your DPOS system and log in with your credentials.

- Navigate to the "Maintenance" section.
- Click on "Docket Settings".

- In the dropdown menu, choose your main printer.

- Scroll to the "Head and Footer" tab.
- Click "Browse QR Code" and select your QR code file.
Adjust Print Settings:

- Choose the order in which the QR code should print.
- A preview of the QR code will appear.

- Click "Save" to confirm.
- A popup will confirm that the changes have been successfully saved.
Note: The QR code will now print on thermal dockets using DPOS.
Copy Your Website Link
Go to your website and copy the URL link.
Generate the QR Code
Visit QR Code Monkey. https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/
Paste your website URL into the designated link section.
Set the quality to the lowest setting.
Click the "Create QR Code" button.
Select "Download PNG" and save the file to your desktop.
Log in to DPos
Open your DPos system and log in with your credentials.
Access Docket Settings
Navigate to the "Maintenance" section.
Under "Maintenance," click on "Docket Settings."
Select Main Printer
In the dropdown menu, choose your main printer.
Add QR Code to Docket
Scroll down to the "Head and Footer" tab.
Click the "Browse QR Code" button at the bottom.
Select the saved BMP QR code file.
A preview of the QR code will appear.
Set QR Code Print Options
Specify which type of Dockets will display the QR Code.
- All Orders
- All Orders (Minus online orders)
- All Integrated platforms orders
- Instore Pickup and Delivery orders
Save Changes
Click the "Save" button.
A popup will confirm that the changes have been saved.
Note: The QR code will only print on thermal printers.
