The Transactions menu lets you review payments, print total reports, and process new transactions. In integrated setups, some options may require a passcode.
History:
Review past transactions and reprint receipts.
- See a list of all transactions stored on the terminal.
- Reprint receipts for approved transactions (merchant or shopper copy).
Steps:
- Select Transactions > History.
- Browse through the list of transactions.
- Tap on a transaction to view details.
- Select Reprint Receipt, then choose either Merchant Copy or Shopper Copy.
Totals:
Generate and manage reports for sales activity.
- View a Totals Report (includes sales, refunds, gratuities, and cancellations).
- Print the Totals report for record-keeping.
- Reset the report to begin a new reporting period (e.g., for daily or shift totals).
Steps:
- Select Transactions > Totals.
- Enter your Transactions menu passcode if required.
- View the report displayed on screen.
- To print: tap the Print button.
- To reset: tap the Reset button → this clears the totals and starts a new period.
Note: You can also request automatic daily resets at a set time. Contact Support to enable this.
New Transaction:
Start a new standalone payment.
- Process card payments directly on the terminal.
- Run different payment types without needing POS integration.
Steps:
- Select Transactions > New Transaction.
- Follow the prompts to enter the payment amount.
- Ask the customer to tap, insert, or swipe their card/device.
- Wait for the transaction to process and print receipts if required.
Access & Passcodes:
Standalone use:
- No passcode is required to access History, Totals, or New Transaction.
Integrated setup:
- A passcode is required.
- Find it in your Customer Area > Passcodes > Transaction.
