Understanding your OolioPay S1F2 Pinpad's Settings Menu

The Settings menu on your OolioPay S1F2 Android PinPad is where you manage important device functions such as network connections, configuration updates, screen display, and installed apps.

Device Info:

View important information about your terminal. 

    • Check the terminal’s model, serial number, and IP address
    • See which software and configuration versions are installed. 
    • Confirm which store and merchant account the terminal is linked to. 
    • Update the software version (requires Admin passcode). 

    Steps: 

    • Go to Settings > Device Info
    • Review the displayed details. 
    • If a software update is available: 
    • Select Update Software
    • Enter the Admin passcode to proceed. 

    Network:

    Set up and manage your internet connection. 

      • Connect to Wi-Fi
      • Switch between Wi-Fi and 4G
      • Enable Airplane Mode (disable all network connections). 

      Steps: 

      • Go to Settings > Network
      • Enter the Admin passcode
      • To connect to Wi-Fi: 
      • Toggle WLAN On
      • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. 
      • To use 4G: 
      • Toggle WLAN Off
      • To disable all connections: 
      • Turn on Airplane Mode.

         

      Config

       Manage the terminal’s configuration. 
      • View which configuration version is currently installed. 
      • Update to the latest configuration if required. 

      Steps: 

      • Go to Settings > Config
      • Enter the Admin passcode
      • Review the configuration version. 

      • Select Update Config if needed. 

      Display 

      Adjust the brightness of your terminal’s screen. 

      Steps: 

      • Go to Settings > Display
      • Use the slider to adjust brightness to your preference. 

      Diagnostics 

      Run network checks and send reports to support. 

        • Test network connectivity. 
        • Send a diagnostic report if you’re experiencing issues. 

        Steps: 

        • Go to Settings > Diagnostics
        • Select Run Test to check the connection. 
        • If issues persist, select Send Report

        Apps 

         

        View and manage installed applications. 

        • See all installed apps and certificates. 
        • Apply scheduled app installations or removals. 

        Steps: 

        • Go to Settings > Apps

        • Enter the Admin passcode

        • Review the list of installed apps. 

        • Any pending app updates or removals will apply automatically. 

        Access & Passcodes 

        No passcode required for: 

        • Device Info 

        • Display 

        • Diagnostics

        Admin passcode required for: 

        • Network 

        • Config 

        • Apps 

        • Updating software 

        Note: The Admin passcode is available in your Customer Area > Passcodes > Admin menu
