OolioPay - How to Check Pay-outs (Client Side)

With OolioPay, you can easily track your payouts directly from your Client Dashboard. This allows you to monitor your sales, refunds, and net payouts over time. To access payouts, you’ll need to have the correct user role assigned in your account.

Before you begin, make sure your user account has one of the following roles: 

  • Merchant Admin 
  • Merchant Financial 
  • Merchant View Payouts 
  • View Payout Schedule 

If you don’t have one of these roles, you won’t be able to view the payouts tab. 

Step-by-Step Instructions 

Log in to the Customer Area.  

Go to Oolio and log in to your account. 

Select the merchant account.  

Choose the specific merchant account you wish to review. 

Go to the Finance section.  

In your dashboard, navigate to the "Finance" section. 

Click on Sales to Payouts. 

This option will take you to the payout management page. 

Open the Payouts tab.  

Find and click on the "Payouts" tab at the top of the page. 

Choose a date range.  

Select the dates you want to filter your results by. 

Review the bar chart.  

The bar chart provides a visual history of your payouts. 

Click the bar for details.  

Click on any bar to see a detailed breakdown of your sales, refunds, and net payout for that period. 

 

Notes 

  • If the Payouts tab does not appear, your account may not have the required access. Please ask your Admin to update your role.
