Deliverit Studio allows you to fine-tune how each menu item behaves with pricing, discounts, promotions, and special rules. This ensures your pricing structure is accurate and that items are only included in the promotions and features you want.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to Deliverit Studio
- Go to https://my.deliverit.com.au.
- Enter your DPOS Cloud username and password.
Locate the Item
- Open Menu Manager.
- Search for the item under:
Items tab (to search all items), or
Menus tab (to find it inside a menu).
Open Item Settings
- Click on the item to open its configuration panel.
Go to Advanced Settings
- Select the Advanced tab to access additional configuration options.
Adjust Discounts & Pricing Rules
Under the Discounts & Pricing section, you can set rules:
- Exclude from Surcharge – prevents surcharges from being applied to this item.
- Disable from All Promotions – excludes the item from discounts and special offers.
- Exclude from Re-order – removes the item from quick re-order lists for customers.
- Round to Nearest Five Cents – automatically rounds the price for cleaner totals.
- Disable Half-Half – prevents the item from being included in half-and-half combinations.
Save Your Changes
- Click Save to confirm.
- Use the Deploy (Rocket icon), then click Deploy to publish changes live.
