Viewing Online Orders in Your Store Using DPOS
This guide helps you track and manage online orders in your store using DPOS. Stores can use this to review incoming online orders, check payment details, and keep order records organized.
How to View Online Orders
Log into DPOS:
Sign in with your username and password.
Access Online Ordering:
From the main menu, click on Online Ordering to view all online orders in the Orders Feed panel.
Search for Online Orders:
Click Order Search to filter orders by:
- Customer Name
- Date Range
- Order Type
- Payment Type
This will display all online orders matching your selected filters.
Save or Print Report:
Click Print (top right) to generate a physical copy of the report.
This guide ensures you can easily monitor and manage online orders in your store using DPOS.
Steps to View Online Orders:
Log In to Dpos:
Begin by accessing the Dpos system. Enter your login credentials to sign in.
Navigate to the Main Page:
Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the Dpos main page. Look for the “Online Ordering” button.
Here, you can view all the online orders under the orders feed panel.
Access Via the Order Search function:
Click on the “Order Search” button. you can search by the name, and the date range, order type, and pay type of the online orders.
This will take you to a section where all of the online orders are received on the date you set or filtered.
Save/Print Report: If you wish to obtain a physical copy of this report, Select the Print option from the top Right.
(A Save-to-File option is also available from the previous screen that can be used to store a soft copy of the report on the local computer)
