Monitoring your deployment logs is crucial for ensuring that updates are successfully implemented. This guide will walk you through the steps to view your deployment logs in Deliverit Studio.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Your Account.
After deployment, you can click here to go to the Deployment Logs.
You could also click on your Account, which is located in the top right corner of your screen next to the Rocket Icon.
Open Deployment Logs
Click the Deployment Log button.
Check Deployment Status
Under Deployment Status, you can see if the update is Pending, In Progress, Successful, or Failed.
NOTE: If the status is In Progress, wait for a few minutes and refresh the page by clicking the Refresh button on the deployment log page.
View Specific Deployment Log
Click on the specific log for the deployment to view detailed information.
Tip: You can also use the date range filter box if they want to look at historical deployments.
Information Available in Deployment Logs:
Status of the Update and the Name of the Person who applied the deployment is displayed.
Here, you can see all the platforms you selected for the deployment.
Note: If any of the platforms are shown a red cross, it indicates a failure. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Deployment ID (Note: The ID is unique for every deployment), and Date and Time of the deployment are also displayed.
The Deployment Item section provides a summary related to the contents of the published deployments. This includes:
- Item Names
- Price Changes
- Description Changes
If the status is Failed, copy the Deployment ID shown and email it to studio@deliverit.com.au for investigation.
