How to View the Cancelled Orders List on Cloud.

Keeping track of Cancelled orders is essential for managing your business effectively. Follow these simple steps to view the cancelled orders list using the Deliverit cloud.

Steps to View Cancelled Orders List 

Log In to Your Cloud Account 

Enter your login credentials to sign in. cloud.deliverit.com.au

Dashboard

Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.

Navigate to Orders 

Access the “Orders” from the top left-hand side dropdown box.

Find Cancelled Orders 

Expand “Orders” on the left-hand navigation tab and click on “Cancelled Orders.”

Filter by Date 

Use the filter in the upper right corner to select the desired date or date range and click “Apply.”

View Modified Orders 

Find the “Action” column and select “View” to see the details of modified orders.

Export to CSV 

If needed, you can export the data to a CSV file for further analysis. 

Note: If Dpos has the modified/ cancellation security profiles enabled, the additional information will be displayed under the Status comments
