Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to Deliverit Studio
Go to https://my.deliverit.com.au and sign in using your admin credentials.
Access User Management
- Click on your profile icon (usually top right).
- Select User Management from the drop-down menu.
Find the User
- Use the search bar to find the user you want to update.
- You can also filter the list by role.
- Once located, click the Edit button next to their name.
Update User Details
You can now make changes to the following fields:
- First Name / Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number

Roles and Store Access– Choose which role from the drop-down:
Account Master – Has full access to manage accounts, settings, and system configurations.
Administraitor – Manages users, permissions, and day-to-day system administration.
Business District Manager – Oversees multiple stores or locations within a business district.
Franchisee – Manages and operates their assigned franchise location(s).
Franchisor – Oversees franchise operations and provides support across all franchise locations.
Manager – Manages store operations, staff, and daily business activities.
Master – Has broad access across multiple areas of the system, depending on configuration.
Staff – Performs daily operational tasks with access limited to assigned responsibilities.
Save Your Changes
After editing, click Save to apply the updates.
