Managing your store’s availability in Local Serves App is quick and simple. You can open or close your store directly from the app with just one tap. Follow the steps below to check your store status.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Local Serves App
- Launch the app on your device.
Go to the Feed Section
- From the menu, select Feed.
Locate the Toggle Button
- In the top-right corner of the screen, you’ll see a toggle button that controls your store’s status.
Switch the Store Status
- Green – Your store is open, and the feed page will display active orders.
- Red – Your store is closed, and customers will not be able to place orders.
Notes:
- Always ensure your store is set to green during trading hours so customers can place orders.
- Switch to red outside trading hours or when you need to pause operations.
