How to Track User Actions on Oolio POS (action Logs)

Action Logs in Oolio POS allow you to review and track activities performed within the system. These logs help you monitor user behaviour, troubleshoot issues, and audit important actions such as orders, payments, and device activity. This guide walks you through how to access and use Action Logs step by step.

Step‑by‑Step Guide to Accessing Action Logs 

Open the POS Order Screen 

Start by logging in to Oolio POS and navigating to the POS Order screen.

Open the Navigation Menu 

In the top‑right corner of the page, click the navigation menu

Go to Settings 

From the menu, select Settings

Scroll to Action Logs 

On the General Tab, scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and click Action Logs

Using Action Logs 

Once you are on the Action Logs page, you can use several tools to find the information you need. 

Filter Logs 

You can filter logs using the following options: 

Levels 
  • Error 
  • Warning 
  • Info

Search Logs 

Use the search field to look up logs by: 

  • Log details 
  • Name 
  • User

You will see the list of information. Each log entry includes: 

  • Time 
  • Info 
  • Message 
  • Origination User 
  • Username 
  • Tag 
  • Level 
  • Screen 
  • Timestamp
