How to Track Specific Customer History on DPOS

Tracking a customer’s order history can help improve service, resolve disputes, and personalize future interactions. DPOS makes it easy to view the past transactions of a specific customer based on their contact information.

Track Specific Customer History in DPOS

✅ Log in to DPOS using staff credentials
✅ Go to the Reports tab
✅ Click Specific Customer
✅ Set the desired date range
✅ Enter customer name or phone number
✅ Click Search
✅ Click Preview to view past orders.

Follow the steps below to access and preview customer history on DPOS. 


Log in to DPOS
 

Use your staff credentials to log in to the DPOS terminal.

Open the Customer Report 

Navigate to the Report tab in the top menu.

Click on Specific Customer

Set the Date Range 

In the report window, choose the start and end date for the search. 

  • You can look up history for a single day, a week, or a custom date range.

Search for the Customer 

Enter the customer’s phone number or name in the search field. 

Click the Search button.

Preview the History 

Once the search results appear, click the Preview button.

You’ll see a detailed breakdown of the customer's previous orders within the selected date range.

Note: If you wish to obtain a physical copy of this report, Select the Print option from the top Left. 

(A Save-to-File option is also available from the previous screen that can be used to store a soft copy of the report on the local computer)
