Taking and Paying for a Shop / Counter Order on DPos

This guide helps you efficiently take and process shop/counter orders in your store using DPOS.

Log in to DPos:

Open the DPos application and enter your username and password to sign in.

Access Orders:

From the main dashboard, locate and click on the Orders tab.

Add Items to the Order:

Select and add the desired menu items to the order.

Select the Shop Order Type:

Under the Orders section, click on the Shop button.

Enter Customer Details:

Fill in the customer's name and click OK to proceed.

Process Payment:

  • Choose the appropriate payment type, such as cash or card.
  • Click Save once the payment has been accepted.

Print a Receipt (Optional):

Select whether to print a receipt for the customer.

This ensures quick and accurate processing of shop/counter orders using DPOS.

Take the Order 

Add the desired items to the order.

Select the Shop Button 

Under the Orders section, select the Shop button.

Enter Customer Name

Fill in the customer name and click the OK button.

Choose Payment Type 

Choose the appropriate payment type, such as cash or card.

Save the Payment 

Click Save once the payment has been accepted.

Print Receipt (Optional) 

Choose whether to print a receipt for the customer.
