How to Switch Users on Oolio Pos

Switching users on Oolio POS is quick and simple. This feature is useful when multiple staff members share the same terminal. Follow these steps to switch users with ease.

Step-by-Step Guide 

Go to the Order Screen 
Start by navigating to the main order screen on your Oolio POS system.

Click the Navigation Button 
On the top-right corner of the screen, tap the Navigation button.

Select Switch User 
From the menu, find and click Switch User.

Switch Complete 
You will automatically log out to switch to a different POS user.

  • When multiple users are available, their names will appear on the screen, allowing you to select the correct one.
