How to Set Up a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Deal in Deliverit Studio

The Buy One Get One Free template allows you to create promotions where customers receive a discounted or free item when they purchase a qualifying item. This feature can help increase sales, promote specific products, and encourage larger orders.

 Log in to Studio

Sign in to your Deliverit Studio account.

Go to mydeliverit.com.au

Navigate to Templates

  • Click Marketing from the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Select Templates.

  • Click Buy One Get One.

 The page displays all active Buy 1 Get 1 deals.  

     Managing Existing Deals

    You can manage existing promotions by:

    • Clicking the Pencil icon to edit a deal.

    • Clicking the Trash Bin icon to delete a deal.

     Create a New Deal

    Click New Buy One Get One Free Deal to begin creating a new promotion.

     Configure the Customer Purchase

    Define the item the customer must purchase to qualify for the offer.

    Configure the following:

    • Deal Name

    • Discount Type
      • Percent Off
      • Dollar Off
      • None

     Configure the Free Item

    Define the item the customer will receive as part of the promotion.

    Configure the following:

    • Discount Type
      • Percent Off
      • Dollar Off
      • None

                  Once completed, click Next

                   Configure Deal Rules (Optional)

                  You can add additional restrictions and conditions to the promotion.

                  Available options include:

                  • Per Customer – Limit the number of times each customer can redeem the deal.

                  • Minimum Order – Set the minimum cart value required to qualify.

                  • Pickup Only – Restrict the promotion to pick up orders only.

                  • Start and End Time – Define when the promotion is active.

                  • Available Days – Select the days the promotion can be redeemed.

                  Click Next once the rules have been configured.

                   Review the Promotion

                  Review all of the promotion details to ensure the configuration is correct.

                  When ready, click Create.

                  A prompt will appear asking whether you would like to create another buy 1 get 1 deal.

                  Select I'm Done to continue.

                   Deploy the Buy 1 et 1 Deal

                  To make the promotion available to customers:

                  • Click the Rocket icon.

                  • Select the integrations where the buy 1 get 1 deal should be applied or enable Apply All.
                  • Then, click Next.

                  • Select the store or stores where the promotion will be available.
                  • Click Deploy and Rebuild Website.

                  • Click Continue Deploy.

                  Once deployment is complete, the buy 1 get 1 promotion will be active on the selected channels and stores
