Sending SMS notifications keeps your customers informed about their orders in real time. In the Local Serves App, you can customize pickup and delivery SMS messages with just a few simple steps.
The following guide is relevant to clients who receive online orders on the Sunmi Android Device.
The store must be registered for SMS services before use. Please register using the link provided below.

Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Local Serves App
- Launch the app on your device.

Open the Settings Section
- Launch the Local Serves App and go to the Settings menu.

Set Up Your SMS Alias
- Enter your Store Name or SMS Alias (this is the sender's name that customers will see and is limited to 11 Characters).

- Click Save to confirm.

Create SMS Messages for Pickup and Delivery
- In the Pickup SMS Message field, type the message customers will receive when their pickup order is ready.
Example: “Your order is ready for pickup – thank you for choosing us!”
- In the Delivery SMS Message field, type the message customers will receive for delivery orders.
Example: “Your delivery order is on its way – get ready to enjoy your meal!”

Save Changes
Once both messages are entered, click Save.
Notes:
- Keep messages short and clear.
- Include your store name for easy recognition. (Limited to 11 Characters)
