How to Set Items as In Stock or Out of Stock in Deliverit Studio
Managing your inventory is essential for accurate order processing. Follow these steps to quickly mark items as In-Stock or Out-of-Stock in Deliverit Studio.
How to Set Items as In-Stock or Out-of-Stock in Deliverit Studio
🟩 Log in to Deliverit Studio

Go to my.deliverit.com.au

Sign in with your Studio credentials
🟩 Go to the Items Section

Click Menu Manager on the left-hand navigation bar

Select the Items tab
🟩 Find the Item You Want to Update

Use the Search bar to look up items by PLU or Name
-
Or filter by:
-
Category
-
Item Status (Active or Inactive)
-
Stock Availability
- Item Type (e.g., items with ingredients, modifiers, or deals)

🟩 To Update a Single Item
-
Click the item
-
Toggle the Item Stock button to Out of Stock.

Click Save
🟩 To Bulk Update Multiple Items
-
Select all the items you want to update by clicking on the items box to enable bulk updates.

Toggle the Item Stock button to out of stock.

Click Save Changes
🟩 Deploy the Changes

Click the Rocket Icon
- Select the integrations and stores where you want to update the out-of-stock status.

Click Deploy to publish the updates to your live site

Your selected items will now reflect their updated stock status
🟩 To Mark Items Back In-Stock

Repeat the steps above, toggling the item(s) back to In-Stock.
Note: The same configuration procedure applies to all supported platforms
Log in to Deliverit Studio
- Open your browser and go to https://my.deliverit.com.au.
- Enter your account credentials to sign in.

Go to the Items section.
- Under the Menu Manager, go to the Items tab.

Find the Item You Want to Update
- Use the Search Bar to find an item by its Name.

You can filter by Category.

- Alternatively, use the dropdown filters to refine your search by:

Note:

If an entire category is out of stock, you can filter by category, select all items, and mark them as out of stock.

There is currently a limit of 30 items per out-of-stock deployment.

Mark a Single Item as Out-of-Stock
- Click on the item you want to update.
- Toggle the In-Stock / Out-of-Stock button to the desired status.
- Click Save to confirm your change.

Bulk Update Multiple Items
- Select all the items you want to update by clicking on the items box to enable bulk updates.
- Toggle the Item Stock button to Out of Stock.
- Click Save.

Deploy the Changes
- Click the Rocket Icon to open the deployment options.
- Select the integrations and stores where you want to update the out-of-stock status.
- Click Deploy to push the updates to your live site.
- After deployment, Items will be marked as out of stock.

Marking Items as Back In-Stock (Available)
To mark items as back in stock, simply repeat the above steps, toggling the items to In Stock.By following these steps, you will be able to efficiently manage your item stock status in Deliverit Studio.
