These instructions will help you search for orders using the DPos system.

Searching for Orders in Your Store Using DPOS
This guide helps you find past orders in your store using DPOS. Stores can use this to locate customer transactions, verify order details, and review past sales efficiently.

How to Search for Orders

Log into DPOS:
Sign in with your username and password.

Access Order Search:
From the main menu, click on Order Search to begin.

Set Date Range:

  • Click Start Date and select the beginning of your search period.
  • Click End Date to define the ending date.
  • Click Show Orders to display all orders within this timeframe.

Filter by Specific Details:
To refine your search, click a heading such as:

  • Phone Number
  • Customer Name
  • Street Address
  • Order Amount

Type the specific information into the search field in the top left corner and click Go to find matching orders.

This guide ensures you can quickly retrieve customer orders in your store using DPOS.


Steps to Search for Orders:
 

Log In to DPos: 

Open the DPos application on your computer. 

            Enter your username and password in the login fields. 

Click the "Log In" button to access the system.

Go to the Orders Search Section: 

After logging in, you will see the main screen of the DPos application. 

Click on the “Orders Search” section to proceed.

Set Date Range: 

On the Order Search page, you will see options to select a date range. 

Click on the Start Date field and choose the beginning date of your search period from the calendar. 

Click on the End Date field and choose the ending date of your search period. 

This will help narrow down the orders to the specific time frame you are interested in.

Show Orders: 

After setting the date range, click on the “Show Orders” button. 

This will display a list of all orders saved in the system within the selected date range.

Search for a Specific Order: 

To find a specific order, you can use the main headings such as Phone Number, Name, Street, or Order Amount

Click once on the heading that you want to use to filter specific orders, and it will automatically go to the search bar.

Enter Search Details: 

After selecting the appropriate heading, type the specific information into the search field located in the top left corner of the screen.

Note: When you sort by a column, it will remember that sorting when you exit and re-enter the screen.

Run the Search: 

Once you have entered the search details, press the “Go” button. 

The system will display all orders that match the information you entered.
