The History Search feature in the Local Serves App makes it simple to review past orders for reporting, customer queries, or store records. You can search by customer name, apply date filters, and view orders by type—delivery, pickup, or table.
The following guide is relevant to clients who receive online orders on the Sunmi Android Device.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Local Serves App
- Launch the app on your device.
Go to the History Section
- From the menu, tap History.
Open the History Feed
- Tap the History Feed to see past orders.
Search by Customer Name
- Type in the customer’s name to quickly find specific orders.
Filter by Date Range
- Tap the Filter icon.
- Select your start and end dates using the calendar.
- Press OK to apply the date range.
Choose Order Type
- Select which orders you want to view:
Delivery
Pickup
Table
- Tap Filter to display the results.
Review the Results
- Orders will be displayed according to your filters.
- Icons will help you identify the type of order:
