How to Run the Clocking Audit Report in DPOS

The Clocking Audit Log in DPOS allows managers to review staff timekeeping records—specifically, to verify if staff have modified their clock-in / out times. This report helps ensure that the clocking system is being used correctly.

Running the Clocking Audit Report in DPOS

✅ Log in to DPOS using your manager credentials
✅ Go to the Reports tab
✅ Click the Clocking Audit Log button
✅ Select the date or date range to review
✅ Click Preview to generate the report
✅ Review the following details:
  – Staff name
  – Original and modified clock times
  – Who made the change
✅ Use this data to identify misuse or irregular timekeeping.

Follow these steps to run and review the Clocking Audit Report. 


Log in to DPOS
 

Use your credentials to sign into the DPOS terminal.

Open the Clocking Audit Log 

Go to the Reports tab.

Click the Clocking Audit Log button.

Set the Date Range 

Select the date or range of dates you want to review. 

This filters the report to only show time adjustments within that period.

Click the Preview Button 

Click Preview to generate the report.

Review the Audit Details 

The report will display: 

  • The staff member's name 
  • The original time values 
  • The modified time values 
  • Who made the modification.

Note: If you wish to obtain a physical copy of this report, Select the Print option from the top Left. 

(A Save-to-File option is also available from the previous screen that can be used to store a soft copy of the report on the local computer)
