How to Run Historical Restaurant Table Report in DPOS

Running historical table order reports in DPOS can help you analyze sales trends, track table performance, and gain insights into customer ordering patterns. Follow these simple steps to generate a report.

Log in to DPOS 

  • Open DPOS on your PC. 
  • Enter your username and password to access the system.

Access the Table Report 

  • Go to the Reports tab in the main menu. 
  • Click the Table Report button.

Set the Date Range 

  • Choose the start and end dates for the report. 
  • Make sure the date range covers the period you want to analyse.

Select the Tables 

  • Choose the specific tables you want to include in the report. 
  • You can select individual tables or all tables, depending on your needs.

Preview the Report
 

  • Click the Preview button to generate a preview of your report.

Customize Report Details 

  • Extra Details Option: 

Ticked: Includes detailed information like order times, staff names, and modifiers.

Unticked:
Provides a simpler, summary version without extra details.

Note: If you wish to obtain a physical copy of this report, Select the Print option from the top Right. 

(A Save-to-File option is also available from the previous screen that can be used to store a soft copy of the report on the local computer)
