How to Reset OolioPay Pinpad (V400C and V400M)

If your OolioPay Pinpad is experiencing hardware or connectivity issues, performing a reset may resolve the problem. A reset will restore the device by wiping its current settings and reloading the latest configuration.

Step-by-Step Guide 

Open the Config Menu 

  • On the pinpad, press the 9 button. 
  • Press the Green button to confirm. 

Access Config Settings 

  • From the menu options, select Config

Enter the Passcode 

  • Input the Admin passcode. 
  • If you don’t know the passcode, check with the store owner or contact Deliverit Support. 

Select Reset 

  • You will see two options: Reset or Update
  • Choose Reset
  • Confirm when prompted. ⚠️ This will erase the current settings. 

Terminal Reboot 

  • The terminal will automatically reboot. 

Update Check 

  • After rebooting, the terminal will check for updates. 
  • If updates are available, they will be downloaded and installed. 
  • If the system says “Already up-to-date”, press OK to continue. 

Wait for Completion 

  • Allow approximately 5 minutes for the reset and update process to complete.
