Need to provide a customer with a copy of their bill? DPOS makes it easy to reprint a table bill at any time—whether for recordkeeping, customer requests, or internal checks. Follow the steps below to reprint a past or recent table bill.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Table Section
From the DPOS main screen, tap on Table Orders to access all current and past tables.
Tap on 'Search Bill'
On the table screen, locate and tap the Search Bill button to bring up previous transactions.
Choose the Date
Select the date range for when the bill was originally created. This helps narrow down the results.
Search by Table Number or Amount
Use the search bar to enter either:
- The table number
- Session number
- Or the bill amount
This will filter the results for easier identification.
Highlight the Bill
Once the correct bill appears in the list, tap or click on it to highlight and select it.
Click 'Reprint'
Tap the Reprint button to send the bill to the printer.
Select Printer (if prompted)
If you have more than one printer, a drop-down menu will appear.
Choose the nominated restaurant printer or your preferred one and confirm.
Then, click the Print button.
Reprinting bills is useful for verifying transactions or providing additional customer copies. If you experience any printing issues, check your printer connection or contact application support for assistance.
