How to Reprint a Docket in the DPos Application.

Reprinting a docket can be necessary for various reasons, such as providing a customer with a duplicate receipt or keeping records. The DPos Application makes this process simple. Follow these steps to reprint a docket.

Reprint Docket / Receipt Function

The Reprint function allows you to generate a copy of any current or historical order.

How to Use the Reprint Function:

  • Find Orders: Use the order search feature to locate the order you need.
  • Generate a Copy: Select the order and generate a copy.

Using the Reprint function helps you easily access and reprint any order as needed.

Step-by-Step Process 

Log In:

Access the DPos Application by logging in with your credentials

There are two ways in accessing to reprint a docket:

First, is through the Orders button.

Look for the Orders button in the main menu or dashboard.

The second is through the Order Search

Once you're in the Orders section, find and click on the Order Search option.

Set Date Filters

Define the start and end dates for filtering the orders. 

Click "Show Orders" to display the orders within the selected date range.

Locate the Order (Optional): 

Enter the Order ID if you have it. 

Click "Go" to find the specific customer's order.

Select the Order

Choose the customer's order from the list. 

Select "Reprint Order" or press the "F7" button.

Choose Print Options

Decide whether to reprint both the docket and receipt, print the receipt only, or choose do not to print

Specify the type of printer to use if needed.
