Loyalty tokens are earned by completing stamp rewards through your Online Ordering account. Once you've collected all the required stamps, you can redeem your reward directly from the website.
Step-by-Step Guide
Complete Your Stamps
Once you've earned all required stamps, a pop-up will appear inviting you to redeem your reward.
Click the Redeem button to start the claim process.
Access Loyalty Rewards (Alternative Option)
You can also redeem manually by:
- Clicking the Account icon at the upper-right corner of the page
- Selecting Loyalty Rewards from the dropdown menu
Claim Your Reward
On the Loyalty Rewards page, you’ll see a list of available rewards.
Click the Claim Reward button beside your tokens.
Confirm Reward Redemption
A pop-up will confirm that your reward is ready to be claimed.
Click Add to Cart.
Checkout
The reward will now appear in your cart.
Click "Checkout," then proceed with the standard checkout process.
Click the final Checkout button to complete the order.
Note: Once you've redeemed a reward, your loyalty tokens will automatically reset.
