      How to Obtain Pricing List on DPos

      Need a quick view of your item prices by order type? Use DPos reports to generate a price list for shop/pickup, delivery, or both. Follow these simple steps.

      Step-by-Step Guide 

      Log in to DPos 

      Sign in with your DPos username and password.

      Open Reports 

      From the main menu, click Reports.

      Select the Report 

      Choose List of Order Items.

      (This report includes all menu items stored on your DPos application)

      Choose Order Type 

      Tick one or more options: 

      • Shop Orders (Pickup/Takeaway)
      • Delivery Orders 
      • Both (select both options)

      Preview 

      Click Preview to generate the price list view.

      Note:
      This report will display your items grouped by category, along with their product codes, descriptions, and prices.

      Export or Print 

      If you wish to obtain a physical copy of this report, select the Print option from the top Right.  

      (A Save-to-File option is also available from the previous screen that can be used to store a soft copy of the report on the local computer.)
