How to Multiply Quantity of the items on Order Screen(DPos)

Need to increase the number of items in a customer's order? DPos makes it easy to adjust item quantity directly during the order taking process

Step-by-Step Guide 

First Method:

Log in to DPos 

Open the DPos application and sign in using your credentials.

Go to the Orders Screen 

From the home screen, tap on Orders.

Take a New Order 

Begin a new order by adding the desired items to the cart.

Adjust the Quantity

  • Select the item you want to update.
  • Tap the QTY button.

Enter the Quantity

  • Enter the desired quantity for the item.
  • Click OK to confirm.

Second Method:

Click the Edit Item Button.

Select the item you want to update,

Then tap Edit Item.

Adjust the Quantity 

In the Quantity section, tap the plus (+) button to increase the item quantity.

Tip:
You can also tap the minus (–) button to reduce the quantity if needed. 

Click Save 

Once you've set the correct quantity, tap Save to apply the changes.
