Modifying Existing Clockings in Your Store Using DPOS
This guide helps you correct staff clock-in and clock-out times in your store using DPOS. Adjusting clocking records ensures accurate payroll calculations, prevents timekeeping errors, and maintains compliance with labor regulations.
How to Modify Existing Clockings:
Log into DPOS:
Sign in with your username and password.
Access Clocking Records:
Go to the Clocking’s section from the main menu.
Enable Manager Maintenance Mode:
Click on Maintenance to unlock editing options.
Select Staff and Date:
Use the dropdown menus to choose the Staff ID and Date of the clocking record you want to adjust.
Modify Clocking Details:
Click Modify, update the In and Out times, and correct any errors.
Save Changes:
Click SAVE to update the record.

Once the Staff ID is selected, click on “Modify.”
