How to Run a Good Customer Report
Log into DPOS:
Sign in with your username and password.
Access the Good Customer Report
- Navigate to the Reports section.
- Select "Good Customers" from the menu.
Set Filters
- Choose the desired date range for the report.
- Enter a minimum order value (e.g., $50 per order).
- Enter the minimum number of orders (e.g., 5 orders in the selected period).
View and Save the Report
- Click Preview to see the report on-screen.
- Click Print to get a physical copy.
- Click File to save the report as a .txt file on your computer.
Using this report helps you identify and reward your best customers, encouraging continued loyalty and increased spending.

Order Value: Order Value: The total amount spent on a single order. For example totals spend of $50.
Enter Number of Orders:
Number of Orders: nominating how many orders the lost customer was placing in that period. For Example 5 Orders.
Preview Report:
Click "Preview" to view a sample of the report.
Print Report:
Click "Print" to print the report directly.
Save Report:
Click "File" to save the report as a Text File (.txt) on your computer.
