How to Run Loyalty Redemption Report (Online Ordering)

Tracking loyalty redemptions helps you monitor customer engagement and ensure promotions are being used as intended. This step-by-step guide will walk you through how to generate a Loyalty Redemption Report from your DPOS Cloud account.

Step-by-Step Guide 

Log In to DPOS Cloud 

Log in to your DPOS system using your credentials.

Open the Reports Section 

On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click Reports

Select Loyalty Redemption Report 

From the list of available reports, choose Loyalty Redemption Report

Set the Date Range 

Pick your desired date range using the calendar tool, then click Apply to generate the report.

Included in the Report 

The Loyalty Redemption Report will show the following details: 

  • Client Name – Your store or brand name 
  • Customer Name – Name of the customer who redeemed loyalty points 
  • Customer Email – Email address associated with the account 
  • Date Redeemed – When the points were used 
  • Amount – Value or amount redeemed 
  • PLU (Product Description) – The item or offer redeemed 
  • Order ID – Reference number for the transaction
