Increasing the Font Size of the DPos Docket
This guide helps you adjust the font size on DPOS dockets for better readability.
Access the DPOS Application:
Log in using your username and password.
Go to Maintenance:
Navigate to the "Maintenance" section from the main menu.
Open Docket Settings:
Find and select the "Docket Settings" option.
Option 1: Enable Large Font for the Entire Docket (Thermal Printer Only)
Adjust Printer Settings:
- In the "Docket Settings" section, locate "Printer Settings."
- Find the "Printer Thermal Large Font" option.
Set Font Size:
- Select "Y" in the dropdown menu to enable large font.
- If set to "N", the font remains at the regular size.
Save Changes:
- Click the "Save" button.
- A prompt will confirm the changes—click "OK" to finalize.
Option 2: Enable Larger Font for Order Line Items
Modify Order Details Font:
- Inside "Printer Settings," find the "Printer Big Font Place" option and click the Edit button.
- From the dropdown menu, select "9 - Order Details" to increase font size for line items.
- Click "OK" to apply the changes.
This ensures improved docket readability for staff and customers using DPOS.

Note:
The setting above is only compatible with Thermal printers.
Adjust the Font Size:
In the dropdown menu for "Printer Thermal Large Font," select "Y" for a large font size.
If "N" is selected, it means the font size is set to regular.
Save the Changes:
Click the "Save" button to apply the updates.
A prompt will appear saying that the changes have been applied. Click "OK" to confirm the changes.
Option 2: Enable Larger Font for the Order Line Items
Inside the Printer settings, find the printer big font place and click the edit button.
Select number 9 Order Details on the dropdown.
Then Click the OK button.
Click the Save button to apply and reflect the changes in the system.
