How to Adjust the Font Size of the Extras Categories in DPos

Customizing the font size on the DPos extras categories can improve readability and speed up order entry. Follow this simple guide to increase or decrease the font size based on your preference.

Step-by-Step Instructions 


Log in to DPOS
 

  • Open the DPOS application. 
  • Use your admin credentials to log in.

Create a Backup

  • Go to the Utilities tab and click the Backup/Restore button.

Access the Settings 

  • Go to the Maintenance tab. 
  • Click the Settings button to access the global settings menu.

Find the Extras Button Font Setting
 

  • Use the search bar to find the ExtrasButtonFont
  • Double-click to open the settings.

Adjust the Font Size
 

  • In the Value section, enter your desired font size. 
  • Choose a size that balances readability and space efficiency. 

Note: The maximum value is 14.

Save Your Changes
 

  • Click the Save button to apply the new font size.

Restart DPOS
 

  • Close and restart your DPOS application for the changes to take effect. 

Tips: 

  • Test different font sizes to find the one that best suits your store's needs. 
  • Remember that larger fonts force words to drop to the next line
