How to Get a Summary of Your Modified Orders in DPos.

These instructions will guide you through the process of generating a summary report of your modified orders on your point of sale (DPOS) system.

Getting a Summary of Modified Orders in Your Store Using DPOS
This guide helps you track and review modified orders in your store using DPOS. Monitoring order changes ensures accuracy, helps resolve disputes, and provides insights into common modifications for better menu or service adjustments.

How to Get a Summary of Modified Orders:

Log into DPOS:
Sign in with your username and password.

Access Reports:
Go to the Reports section from the main menu.

Select Modified Orders Report:
Click on Modified Orders to generate a summary.

Set Filters:

  • Choose a Date Range to narrow down results.

View Report:
Click Preview to see details, including order dates, order numbers, modifications, and comments.

Save or Print Report:
Click Print (top right) for a physical copy.

This guide ensures you can easily track order modifications in your store using DPOS.


Steps to Get a Summary of Your Modified Orders:
 

Access the DPOS Application: 

Open your DPOS application. 

Enter your username and password to sign in.

Navigate to Reports: 

From the main menu, locate and click on the “Reports” section.

Select Modified Orders: 

In the Reports section, find and select “Modified Orders.”

Adjust the Filters: 

Set the filters by selecting the desired date range for the report.

Preview the Report: 

Click on “Preview” to view the report. 

A screen will pop up displaying the modified orders, including dates, order numbers, differences between the original and modified orders, and any comments.

Note:
If you need additional traceability for modified orders, please contact our application support team. They can enable features such as recording the Staff ID and a specified reason for the order modification.

 Save/Print Report: If you wish to obtain a physical copy of this report, Select the Print option from the top Right. 

(A Save-to-File option is also available from the previous screen that can be used to store a soft copy of the report on the local computer)
