How to Manage Item Availability in DPOS for Online Ordering

Marking an Item as Out of Stock
✅ Log in to DPOS
✅ Navigate to Online Ordering
✅ Scroll to the Out of Stock section
✅ Search for the item to be marked as Out of Stock
✅ Click the In Stock (green button)
✅ Click Save and confirm
✅ Refresh your website to apply changes
Marking an Item as In Stock
✅ Navigate to the Out of Stock section
✅ Find the item you want to restock
✅ Click the Out of Stock (red button)
✅ Click Save to confirm
✅ Refresh your website to display updates
These changes take effect immediately in your online menu.

Marking an Item as Out of Stock
Log in to your DPOS system.
Navigate to Online Ordering from the menu on your server computer.
Scroll to the Out of Stock section at the bottom left, then click the Selected Item button.
Use the search bar to input the plu of the chosen item you want to mark out of stock
Click the In Stock (green button) next to the item.
The item will be marked as out of stock.
Click Save to apply the change.
A confirmation popup will appear, informing you that the item will remain Out of Stock until manually updated. Click OK to confirm.
The item will now appear in the Out of Stock Items list.
Refresh your website to ensure the update is reflected.
Marking an Item as In Stock
Go to the Out of Stock section.
Locate the item you want to make available again.
Click the Out of Stock (red button) next to the item.
The item will be marked as In stock.
Click Save to confirm the update.
Refresh your website to display the changes.
Notes: Changes take effect immediately in your online menu.
