Your Oolio Merchant Portal makes it easy to view the passcodes linked to your payment terminals or PinPads. These passcodes are important for accessing secure menus and settings. Follow the steps below to check them quickly.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in
Go to oolio.io and sign in with your Oolio account credentials.
Open the Merchant Portal
From your account dashboard, select Oolio Pay to open the Merchant Portal.
Go to Terminals
In the portal, navigate to Settings > Terminals.
Select Your Terminal
You’ll see a list of all terminals connected to your account. Choose the terminal you want to check.
View Passcodes
Under the Security section, you’ll see the passcodes.
- If the field is blank, it means no passcode has been set up.
!!Important Notes!!
- Passcodes cannot be changed from the Merchant Portal. If you need a new one, please contact OolioPay Support Team.
- The Merchant Portal contains sensitive financial information. Ensure only authorised team members have access.
- If an employee no longer requires access, please contact OolioPay Support urgently to remove their account.
