How to Extract Cloud Payment Type Report to CSV File

Exporting the Payment Type Report allows you to review how customers pay, whether by cash, card, or online, giving you valuable insights into payment trends. Follow the simple steps below to download this report as a CSV file from DPOS Cloud.

 

Step-by-Step Guide 

Log In to Your DPOS Cloud Account 

Open your browser and go to the DPOS Cloud login page. 

Enter your username and password, then click Log In.

Navigate to the Reports Section 

From the main menu on the left-hand side, click on Reports.

Open the Payment Type Report 

In the Reports list, select Payment Type Report. 

This will show a breakdown of sales by payment method.

Set the Date Range 

Use the date selector at the top of the report page to choose the period you want to analyze.

View Sales Overview

Here, you will see:

  • Total Sales
  • Average Sales
  • Total Orders
  • Number of transactions per payment type
  • Total amount collected per payment type

Filter by Payment Type

  • Select a specific payment method (e.g., Cash, Card, Online).

Search for Specific Orders

Enter keywords such as:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

Export to CSV 

On the right side of the page, click the Export to CSV button. 

The report will be downloaded and saved as a CSV file to your computer.
