Here’s a quick overview to help you understand what each column stands for.

  • promotionalCode / singlePromoCode — This is the actual code customers type in at checkout to claim their discount or offer.
  • campaignName — The name you gave to the promotion. It helps you identify which promo campaign the code belongs to.
  • startDate / startTime — Shows the exact date and time when the promo started or became active.
  • expireDate / endTime — Shows the date and time when the promo ended or stopped working.
  • daysAvailable — Lists the days of the week when the promo could be used, such as Monday to Friday or weekends only.
  • Minimum Order — The lowest total amount a customer needs to spend for the promo to apply.
  • total redemptions — Indicates how many times the promo has been used in total by all customers.
  • Redeemed — Tells you whether a specific promo entry has been used. “True” means it was redeemed, while “False” means it hasn’t been used yet.
  • isExpired — Shows whether the promo has already expired. “True” means it’s no longer active, and “False” means it’s still valid.
  • When it expired — A note or record showing the date and time the promo officially expired.
  • tablePLU / pickupPLU / deliveryPLU — These are the unique item codes linked to table, pickup, or delivery orders included in the promotion.
