Timed order printing allows you to control when your pickup and delivery orders are printed. This helps your kitchen prepare orders at the right time, rather than too early or too late. Follow the steps below to set it up.

Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Local Serves App
- Launch the app on your device.
Open Settings
- Go to the Settings section in your Local Serves App

Note:
- To unlock the Minutes Before Printing setting, toggle Set Order Printing Time.
Find the Minutes Before Printing Option
- Locate the Minutes Before Printing setting.
Adjust Your Printing Time
- If you set the value to 0, orders will print immediately once placed.
- For timed printing, enter the number of minutes before the scheduled order time.
Example: If an order is scheduled for 9:00 AM and you set 15 minutes, the order will print at 8:45 AM.
Save Your Changes
- Once finished, click Save to apply the new settings.
Notes & Tips:
- Orders placed for future days will print when they are created unless you set a timed value.
- Adjust the timing based on your kitchen’s preparation needs to avoid early or late cooking.
