Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Settings
- Open your DPOS system.
- Navigate to the Maintenance tab.

- Click on Settings.

Search for "Table Open Details"
- In the settings screen, use the search bar to find Table Open Details.

You will see four “Y/N” parameters. Set them to Y to activate:

- 2nd Y – Enables the number of guests at the table.
- 3rd Y – Shows average spend per guest (total spend ÷ number of guests).
- 4th Y – Displays the minutes elapsed since the last item was ordered at the table.

🔸 Important: You must also enable the global setting called Restaurant Guest for this to work correctly.
Click the Save button.
- When done, hit the save button.
Guest tracking helps monitor service timing, guest engagement, and spending patterns. For best results, ensure the Restaurant Guest setting is also enabled. If you need help configuring this, reach out to our application support team anytime.
