      How to Edit Header and Footer for Dockets on Sunmi Android Device

      The header and footer of your dockets help you display important information such as store details, contact numbers, or promotional notes. You can easily edit these sections in the Local Serves App to keep them updated.

      The following guide is relevant to clients who receive online orders on the Sunmi Android Device.

      Step-by-Step Guide 

      Open the Local Serves App

      • Launch the app on your device.

      Open Settings 

      • Go to the Settings section in the Local Serves App

      Edit the Docket Header 

      • Select Docket Header and update the text as needed.

      • When done, click ok.

      Edit the Docket Footer 

      • Select Docket Footer and make the necessary changes.

      • When done, click ok.

      Preview the Changes 

      • Navigate to Docket Preview.

      • Review how your updated header and footer look. 
      • Adjust if needed until you are satisfied.
