How to Edit Deals in Deliverit Studio

This guide shows you, step-by-step, how to find and edit deals in Deliverit Studio. It covers navigation to deals page, how to edit deal details, and how to configure deal settings.

Sign in to my.deliverit.com.au with your username and password.

First Method: From the Menus tab 

  • Open Menu Manager.

  • Click the Menus tab.

  • Choose a menu.

  • Go to Deals category.

  • Click the deal item to open its details.

  • Find and click the deal you want to edit to open it.

Editing the Deal.

Deal Selections

There are two types of selections:

  • Single Item

  • Menu Selections

Single Item

  • In the deal details, click the Pencil Icon (Edit).

  • Update the Selection Name to something clear and unique.

Menu Selection

  • Click the Pencil Icon (Edit).

  • Search for and select the menu you want to use.

  • Click the drop-down to preview the items included in the menu.

Studio will validate the selected menu and notify you if it contains grouped items that are not compatible with deal functions.

  • Click Save

  • You can link the menu to an existing DPOS menu if required

  • Use the Menu Set filters to view all menus or search for a specific menu.

Manage Items inside the select Menu (Optional)

  • You can edit menu items directly from this section.
  • Click the Edit Items button.

Creating a New Menu (Optional)

If the menu does not already exist, you can create one directly:

  • Click Create New Menu.

  • Enter a Category Name.

  • Add the required items.

  • Repeat the process until all items have been added.
  • Once complete, click Save.

Configuring Deal Settings

  • In the deal details, click the "gear (Configure) icon.

  • Update the following fields as needed: 

Discount value — enter the discount amount. 

Discount type — choose percentage or fixed value (if available). 

Charge item — toggle On/off to mark if this deal should add an extra charge. 

Allow half/half — toggle On/ Off to permit mixing two items in one deal. 

Ignore Sell Special — toggle On / Off to allow the deal to bypass special sell rules (if applicable).

Note: If Allow half/half is enabled, choose one of: 

  • None — no special pricing for halves 

  • Average — price is the average of both items 

  • Greater price — price equals the higher-priced item 

Click Save to apply configuration changes.

Click the rocket icon and deploy.
