How to Edit Condiment/Extras Pricing in DPOS

Adjusting a single condiment or updating pricing across different sizes, DPOS provides a simple way to manage extra item pricing. This guide walks you through how to update condiments (or extras).

Edit Condiment Pricing

Log in to DPOS

Use your admin credentials to access the DPOS system.

1

Choose the Pricing Method

Option A: Update Price for a Single Condiment (PLU-based)

Navigate to Maintenance > Order Item

2

Search for the condiment or extra you want to update.

3

Edit the price field, then Save

4
Use this method if you're not using size-based pricing.

Option B: Update Condiment Pricing Per Size

Go to Maintenance > Condiment Pricing

5

You’ll see two main methods to update pricing:

Group Update

Click the green button (Set Price for Subcategory)

6

This is ideal if you want all condiments under a specific size (e.g., small pizza) to have the same price.

Example: Set all small pizza condiments to $1.00—this will override all individual prices under that size. 7

Update Individual Condiments

Locate and click on the specific condiment (e.g., Onion). 8

Enter the desired prices for each size (e.g., $1 for small, $2 for medium, $3 for large).

9

Save your changes.

10

Push Updates to Online Ordering

If your changes apply to online orders:

Go to Online Ordering in DPOS.

11

Click Update Condiment Pricing.

12

This sends the updated pricing to the Online Ordering Cloud Admin

Log in to the Online Ordering Cloud Admin and press Deploy Changes to apply the new prices online.

13

Skipping this step will cause online pricing to remain outdated.

Final Checks

Ensure that the pricing reflects correctly for all sizes and items.
