Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to Deliverit Studio.
- Visit https://my.deliverit.com.au and sign in using your admin credentials.
Open Profile Management
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown, select Profile Management.
Select a Profile
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the profile you want to edit (e.g., Administrator, Manager, Staff).
Profile Overview

Modules – Total number of modules available

Permissions – Number of enabled permissions

Coverage – Completion percentage of setup

Users – Total users assigned to Current Profile
Manage Access Controls
You can enable or disable the access options:
View Permission– When Enabled:
- User can see pages and related data

Access visibility of the feature/module
Action Permission– When Enabled:
- The user can export data
- The user can edit and modify records on each module
Note:
- Enabling Action toggle automatically grants Viewing.
- Enabling a subcategory permission toggle will automatically enable its parent permission.
Disabling removes access for that permission type.
Note: Permissions can vary across different profiles and modules. Review carefully before changing.

Profile Change Logs
In this section, you can view the most recent profile logs. You also have the option to filter the logs based on the following:
- All Modules – Displays logs from all modules
- Latest – Shows the most recent activity
- By Date – Allows you to filter logs within a specific date range
Changes will take effect immediately after toggling.
