Temporarily closing your Online Ordering (OO) store in DPos helps manage order flow and allows you additional flexibility to control trading hours.

✔ Log in to DPos with your credentials.
✔ Navigate to the Online Ordering section.
✔ Locate the Online Ordering toggle switch and turn it Off.
✔ Verify that online ordering is now disabled.


Log in to DPos
 

Open the DPos application. 

Enter your username and password, then sign in.

Access Online Ordering Settings
 

Navigate to the Online Ordering section from the main menu.

Disable Online Ordering
 

Locate the Online Ordering Availability toggle switch. 

Switch it Off to disable the Online Ordering store.

Final Step: Confirm the Changes
 

The indicator at the top left will turn red (offline) indicating the online store is now closed

You can verify that your Online Ordering store by opening your website on the web browser.

Reminder: Please set the store to online when you are ready to commence online ordering again. To re-open the store, simply follow the steps in reverse, the indicator on the top left will turn green (online).
