      How to Clear / Delete a Menu Item from the DPOS Touchscreen From Deliverit Studio

      Need to remove an item from your DPOS touchscreen? This quick guide will walk you through the simple steps to delete buttons you no longer need using Deliverit Studio. Follow the simple steps below.

      Note: To use this feature, your system must be running DPOS version 02.20.53 or above.

      Step-by-Step Instructions 


      Log in to Deliverit Studio       

      Go to https://my.deliverit.com.au 

      Sign in with your admin credentials.

      Navigate to the Touchscreen Section 

      In the left-hand menu, click DPOS.

      Then select Touchscreen.

      Select a Menu 

      Choose the menu that contains the item you want to delete.

      Delete the Item 

      Hover over the button you want to remove. 

      Click the bin icon to delete the item from the touchscreen.

      A confirmation pop-up will appear; click confirm.

      The item is now deleted.
