How to Change Your Customer-Facing Screen Images and Store Logo in DPOS
This quick guide will show you how to update the customer-facing screen images and store logos in the DPOS application.
⚠️ Note: Make sure a secondary screen is connected. If not, reach out to the DPOS support team for installation help.
Prepare Your Images

C:\DPos\customer image
- Save images to:
Update DPOS Settings

- Log in to DPOS with admin access.
- Go to Maintenance > Global Settings.
- For Logo: Search “Logo Image” > paste image path as Value.
- For Screen Image: Search “Screen Image” > paste path.
- Save and restart the DPOS application.
Verify the Changes

- Go to Utilities > Customer Screen to preview.

Prepare Your Images
Save your logo and screen images to the DPOS server computer.
Navigate to: C:\DPos\
Create a new folder: customer image
Drag and drop your images into the folder you created
Get the Image File Path
Right-click on each image and select Properties.
Copy the file location, for example:
C:\DPos\customer image\
Add the image name (e.g., storelogo.png)
Combine it all into a single path, like:
C:/DPos/customer image/storelogo.png
Save this full path in a Notepad for easy reference.
Update the Settings in DPOS
Log in to the DPOS application with admin access.
Go to the Maintenance section.
Select Settings.
In the search bar, type:
Logo Image → paste the saved image path as the Value
Screen Image → paste the saved screen image path as the Value
Click Save and restart the DPOS application.
Verify the Changes
Go to the Utilities section in DPOS.
Select Customer Screen to preview and confirm the updates.
